The floors were filthy upon arrival.

Would definitely recommend for a momentary pause

Comfortable bed, bright parking lot, and friendly staff made our two-night stay enjoyable and convenient, especially with easy access to public areas and a nearby bus stop for transportation.

Found nothing wrong.

Desk clerk gave us $10 off the room when something went wrong with checking in & it l A.M.

Was difficult to find in the dark.

The staff was very friendly. Was intended simply as a place to sleep and shower in the morning for our purposes. Would have liked the blanket and comforter to be in better shape, seemed clean but were in shoddy condition, sheets were okay.

The bedding was worn and shoddy, specifically the blanket and comforter. The sheets were okay. The room was clean and if the blanket and comforter were in better shape it would have been an incredible value.

The beds were comfy, and we even appreciated the air conditioning during the hot days. And a fridge made it easy to keep snacks fresh for the kids and our pet.

My kids wished there were better noise insulation. The traffic outside was quite loud, disrupting sleep.

Liked our rooms with 2 double beds. It was good sized and had climate control and cable channels. The location offered was favourable near the center of the Holland Tunnel and the downtown area and Bellingham over a long weekend. We found there a huge variety of restaurants to eat, like El Agave that is only 15 minutes' walk away.

the price was right, the room was clean, it was walking distance to many restaurants.

there was not a bath tub, only a stand up shower, and when we showed up, we were told we had missed our reservation--they understood it was made for the night before. I showed my reservation confirmation and they gave us the room. So someone was un organized.

Great friendly staff and convenient amenities like free wi-fi, but room smelled like smoke.

Good location, very helpful staff at checkin. Good pool.

The room had ample space for our family, comfortable. Parking was convenient and allowed easy access to our vehicle. The location was fairly close to some attractions. One guest mentioned the friendly staff, which we appreciated during our check-in process.

This was a total disappointment, the place was dirty from the time we arrived until we left.

Comfortable bed and clean room with adequate space. The pet-friendly policy with a green area for dogs was convenient, though the bathroom could use deeper cleaning. Be wary of the lack of breakfast options. The complimentary coffee was lukewarm. Friendly front desk staff added a nice touch to the experience.

The price I booked at was $55.95, but when I checked out they charged me $59.95... What a rip off
